Q: Do I use ones and zeros or the letters I and O when entering the voucher number? A: DealerMiles only uses ones and zeros and never uses the letters I or O. Q: Should I redeem my vouchers online or mail them in? A: If you redeem your vouchers online, you might earn additional miles. Q: If I redeem my vouchers online, do I need to mail them in? A: No, please do not mail in your vouchers if you redeem them online. Keep them for your records until the miles have been deposited in your airline program account. Q: What if my airline account is in danger of expiration? A: E-mail us using the link below immediately. Q: I got an error message saying that my vouchers have already been redeemed. What do I do? A: Most of the time the error is a result of hitting the “Submit” button more than once. To be sure, please e-mail us using the link below. Q: My vouchers have expired, what do I do? A: If the expiration date is less than 60 days ago, please MAIL in your vouchers to the address on the reverse side. If the vouchers expired more than 60 days ago, please inquire as to whether your dealership is willing to replace them. Q: What does the expiration date mean? A: The expiration date on the voucher is the deadline to redeem the voucher to DealerMiles. Once DealerMiles processes the voucher, the miles become subject to the rules of the airline program you have chosen. Q: Can I earn miles for car purchases? A: Every dealer can set their own award criteria. Additionally, some states prohibit awarding miles for vehicle purchases, such as California and Illinois. Q: Why can’t I earn Southwest Airlines credit? A: We have approached Southwest Airlines many times and they have declined to participate. Q: Do the miles go into a separate account or my regular airline program account? A: The miles earned through DealerMiles go into the same airline program account in which you also earn from flying and from the airline-branded credit card programs, etc. Q: How will my miles appear on my airline statement? A: That varies depending on the airline you choose.
